Alexis is the outdoors woman of the group. When she is not working she spends her time training horses and teaching horse back riding lessons to the youth in her area. Here are a few of her favorite things.

I spend a lot of time in the mud and snow, a good pair of boots goes a long way. I love these because there are not laces so they are easy to slip on and off. They are dry, warm and cute; of course it is important to look cute even if you are cleaning out stalls.

WINTER CHIC

What’s not to love about winter? It’s time to brave the frosty cold outside for fun with family and friends, and then defrost inside by the crackling fireplace with a cup of hot cider. Sadly, it’s also time to put away your cute and colorful tank tops, miniskirts, and sandals but you can still reward yourself with new exciting clothes for the season. Every year around this time I look forward to pulling out my favorite items which typically are my wool sweater coat, black cardigan, or… even my black fur vest! As far as I’m concerned, a girl can never have enough winter chic outfits! I also love to wear my favorite sweater with a pair of Hudson jeans, cozy socks and UGG boots. Who says you can’t be stylish and warm?! While you must say goodbye to the hot days of summer you don’t have to hibernate, you can still look vibrant. Warmth and good looks? YES LADIES!! We can have it all! Women’s cardigans, women’s jackets, women’s clothing all made out of warm fabrics but still fashionable. This is luxury for wintertime. Get out there and delight in it!
